2. What we collect

From hosts: account details (name, email, phone, time zone), connected calendar and video accounts, and billing details processed by Stripe. From invitees: the name, email, optional phone number, answers and booking details you submit, routing form answers, technical data such as IP address and browser, and payment metadata (amounts, card brand and last four digits; full card numbers are handled by Stripe).

3. How we use it

To schedule and manage meetings, send confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with law. SMS is only sent to invitees who opt in; reply STOP to opt out at any time.

4. Sharing

With the host you book with, and with processors that run the service: [HOSTING PROVIDER], Stripe (payments), Infobip (email/SMS), WorkOS (sign-in), Google, Microsoft and Zoom (when a host connects them). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep data while the host's workspace is active. Hosts can anonymize invitee data automatically after 6–36 months. Financial records are kept as required for accounting.
