1. Agreement

These terms govern use of Califiq, provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. By creating an account or booking a meeting you agree to them.

2. Accounts

Hosts are responsible for their workspace, members and the content of their booking pages, and for having a lawful basis to contact their invitees.

3. Payments

Paid bookings are processed by Stripe on behalf of the host. Prices, deposits, refund and no-show policies are set by the host and shown before you pay.

4. Acceptable use

No spam, automated or fraudulent bookings, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

5. Messages

Invitees who opt in receive booking texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]'s liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.
